Who runs Webbit

Webbit (web-bit.ai) is operated by VoiceBit Inc. For anything about this page or your data, email social@web-bit.ai.

What the booking form collects

When you book a demo on web-bit.ai/book, we collect:

• Your restaurant’s name and address, or its city
• Your name
• Your email
• Your mobile number, if you add it
• Your time zone

We use them to schedule the demo, send you the invite and follow up with you about Webbit. To find your restaurant, the search looks up what you type.

Where it goes

Your booking goes to our scheduling system, which creates the calendar invite, and to our CRM, where our team keeps track of the demo and the follow-up.

Ads and measurement

The home page and the booking page use the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, which includes Google Analytics. Meta and Google may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies on these pages to collect or receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you booked a demo. They use it to measure our ads and to target and deliver ads, including on other websites and apps. If you book, Meta and Google may also receive your email and mobile number in hashed form, to match the booking to an ad.

Your ad choices

To opt out of the collection and use of this information for ad targeting:

• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. When your browser sends the signal, these pages load no ad tags.
• Change your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings at accountscenter.facebook.com, and for Google at myadcenter.google.com.
• Opt out with participating companies at aboutads.info/choices, or in Europe at youronlinechoices.eu.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell your personal data for money. Some US state privacy laws count ad tags like the ones above as selling or sharing personal data for targeted ads. To opt out of that, turn on Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends it, these pages load no ad tags.

Access and deletion

Email social@web-bit.ai and tell us what you need: a copy of the data we hold about you, a correction, or deletion.
